Hi
Have applied for several jobs - then day before yesterday went to review applications status and the following came up :
The requested operation is not available.
This problem is due to the following reason(s):
You are not authorized to access the functionality you have requested.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact your administrator.
These was headed by " Success Factors"
My sign into the profile was succesful and logged on ok - just unable to access application or view active application status
I reported this to hrsc.contact.centre@royalmail.com yesterday but as yet no reply
On checking this forum today in the previous thread about 'do you get a reply either way' several posters have had the same issue
So for the benefit of any others having problems thought I'd highlight as a topic
Hopefully will get sorted out in a few days

Yes I also have exactly the same problem and emailed them but no reply and it is still playing up today. Glad I am not the only one (currently having pre-employment
security checks done and was wondering if there was a problem with my checks!) Thanks for the comment, useful to know its a general problem

It's not working for me either, if you're desperate I have the the number for the actual guys that sort the applications - 01142 414422. They are surprisingly very helpful although I think they are busy.
