Do they let you know either way?

Post by spiffy »

Hi folks, I had an interview for a postie job three and a half weeks ago and haven't heard anything. My status is still showing Interview/Assessment, the only change has been the status date which now reads 1/6/2015, previously it read as the date I had my interview.

I'm just wondering if they let you know either way if you've been successful or not?

The suspense is killing me

Cheers

progress to a security check, which will take up to 14 days.
• If you are unsuccessful you will also receive an email.

The status has now changed to ''In progress''!

At least there's some movement.

Edit - Email received, job offer made pending security checks! :Very Happy

Hmmm, just tried to check my status there and it lets me log in but when I try to check my active applications I get the following message -

''Success Factors Error
The requested operation is not available.
This problem is due to the following reason(s):
You are not authorized to access the functionality you have requested.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact your administrator.''

I'm a bit worried now, does this mean I've been unsuccessful?

I just tried loading it up and got the same error message, I'm pretty sure it's just an issue with the site and should be sorted soon enough.

Hi Guys

I've also had the same message come up when trying to review applications - I sent a message to to hrsc.contact.centre@royalmail.com yesterday but no reply as yet. As several of us seem to have the same problem hopefully means its a general issue not related to our individual applications

They didn't change my status or acknowledged the interview for 3 weeks until they emailed to say I passed the interview & would receive an offer.

Been waiting a week now for a further email

Blimey, they don't half keep you hanging on
Got my formal offer email today, passed the security checks and got a start date.
It worked out perfect in the end as I can hand in my notice to my current employer tomorrow, work for 2 weeks, go on my pre-booked holiday in Spain for two weeks, back to my current job for 2 days then attend the Welcome day on the 29th July. :Very Happy
Ole!
