Actually they won't. its perfectly legal to park on a blind bend if there are no double yellows or parking restrictions.

If you parked on or near that blind bend in the picture you would be equally at fault and your vehicle would have contributed to the accident.

Again no law would have been broken, and from working in a rural do and area, crashes on blind bends happen all the time, it is always the driver that is fully responsible. They should not be going round a corner at speeds that they cannot stop in the event of an obstruction. There could be tractors horses roadworks pedestrians etc round that bend they should approach the bend and be prepared to stop. A parked car is never liable for an accident
