Lets just calm down here., We have a union that has a frame work that each member can use to get his point of view accross. Attend unit and or branch meetings. Hassle your rep if you havent got one become one. Get motions submited to conferance. Take part in the union you have now. Otherwaise you will spend several years trying to get recognised by Royal Mail as a voice for the work force. Several wasted years. Divide and conquer is the capitalits rule. Dont let them divide us. Stand united and take a more active part internaly to change. Remember the vast majority of the workforce dont even bother to come to union meetings.Change that and you may just change the union. And remember we havent even seen the so called agreement yet.
