Hyde Group purchases former Croydon Royal Mail site

The Hyde Group, working in collaboration Joseph Homes, has completed the purchase of the old Royal Mail delivery office at Addiscombe Road, East Croydon.

The acquisition of this landmark site demonstrates Hyde’s position as a leading housing provider in London and the south east and underlines its commitment to working with key stakeholders to deliver high quality homes for Croydon.

Knight Frank completed the sale of Addiscombe Square, Croydon to Hyde on behalf of Royal Mail Group.

The Hyde Group is committed to delivering 5000 new homes of varying tenure over the next three years. Joseph Homes, together with its PRS brand Roost, has 1000 homes in various stages of planning and development in London and plans to deliver 4000 over the next five years for both the private sale and private rented sector.
