Some help understanding receipt of posted items

Post by gutrogers »

If four essentially the same items were posted and the receipt states quanitity: 4 and weight 0.130kg, would this mean each item weigh's 0.130kg or as a total?

Many thanks,

usually only one item is placed on the scale at a time to get the weight, it's just the weight of one of the four items
