During a revision at what phase are the workforce allowed a vote on start time changes/ or any other part of the revision they don't agree with ?

U cannot vote to change start times, this can only be done by dom, ur mail that comes from mail centre dictates ur start time so if ur mail comes in at 6 then u may start 6 or even 630 so it will be done by ur Dom,

Everything is supposed to be done with agreement.
However factors outside your control dictate certain things.
One of those is the timing of the first and second wave. If no mail arrives in your DO before 7am then a 5am start is not realistic and no amount of voting will change that.

You should have a say in your delivery span which will influence your f/t to p/t ratio.

A good DOM/rep would explain all the options and show you what the outcome will be of each decision.
Unfortunately some just decide to railroad it in, and even if the choices are the "right " ones and made for good reasons, unless the staff feel they have had some input and understand what is happening and why, the revision will probably go tits up.
It is the staff who will make the revision work so they have to take ownership of it. But pragmatically.

Simply put yes he can but if he does try to do that then you simply follow the agreed ir process and get your rep to lodge a stage 1 disagreement about it.
