Hi,we started emptying collection boxes a few weeks ago,I've got a couple of questions;if the box is 'blocked up' saying "out of order" are you still supposed to "scan" the bar code inside the box?,and secondly, who is responsible for emptying the boxes I.e driver or walker?
And lastly what will happen if you fail to empty/scan a box for "whatever" reason?
any advice would be appreciated.

To be honest there is loads on this subject all over the board, far too many to list. So if you do a google site such as "search site:www.royalmailchat.co.uk postbox strategy" that will help you to glean information easier than me listing it. (Cut and paste the red text into a google search box)
