Hi Posties
I have only just started at New Romney DO and am very happy so-far.
I have seen some worries about the administration, but having come from 14 years in the Civil Service, the system here seems quite fast and organised.
I went out on my new walk on my first day in the office and Darren there was really helpful and willing to put up with my newbieness.
I am looking forward to being here for quite a while and haven't got wet yet, I'm sure that will take the shine off it a bit, but it's only rain.
All of the guys and girls at New Romney seen really friendly and welcoming.
The only downside so far is my legs are asking 'What The Hell?' at the moment, but I'm sure that will wear off.
Just a short and sweet intro, but it's not even been a week yet.
