New site has hints and tips for developing your career
This week we have launched My Future, our new career development site. Full of handy tips and guides, it’s designed to help you make the most of your time at Royal Mail.
It covers personal and career development, as well as opportunities to get involved in the community. For example, it will show you what it’s like to become a first aider, or a union rep. You’ll be able to hear from colleagues who have progressed their career within the business, as well as learn about opportunities available to you.
Regular updates
You can access My Future ( http://myfuture.myroyalmail.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; )
We’d like to hear your feedback on the new site, so please let us know what topics you’d like to see covered.
The site will be updated on a regular basis, so keep checking back for new information.

My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
