Stephen500, all I'm praying for is the deal is good enough to accept. Why are those of us who want an end to this classed as softies? what is hard about watching the company that pays me going down the pan? it's one thing to stand on principle it's another thing entirely to have a closed mind and an aggressive attitude, to be determined to say no whatever is offered. Has'nt enough damage been done already?

I am stuck between you 2 - if the deal is fair to posties I'll say yes. But if its still got pension and flexibility links with safeguards its a No for me.

Quite agree just had a chat with somone from management and this is exactly what they are thinking beyond this if they do manage to hit some offices in a couple of years time they will only use them as an example for the rest of us so if you for example found a way in your office not to cover other peoples duties in time they will be used to bring in total flexibility.
