New recruitment site
A hassle-free way of finding vacancies and signing up to job alerts is now available to colleagues through a new recruitment site called SuccessFactors...
https://performancemanager.successfacto ... Method=PWD" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The site makes job hunting easier and is accessed through the careers section under the ‘Me at Work’ tab on myroyalmail.com or via PSP if you have access.
Users are directed to a simple home page where they can create their own profile, set up multiple job alerts, search for jobs and apply using a new streamlined application process.
Candidates can monitor the application’s progress easily and see the history of all their applications at a glance.
SuccessFactors also gives hiring managers simpler, faster access to the information they need.
Employees who are already registered on the existing recruitment site will need to register again on SuccessFactors.
Use the following details the first time you logon. The details can be found on your payslip:
User name = your employee number e.g. 10999549
Password = your National Insurance number without any dashes or spaces. The first two letters should be upper case, and the last, lower case e.g. AB123456c
Employees who have an active Royal Mail email address should access the site via PSP and their Me at Work tab.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: New recruitment site
New career search not so user friendly. Put in home postcode, but gives national search. Distance from home not recognised.

Re: New recruitment site
No idea. It didn't work for me either. I suspect that RM only allows certain people to look for internal vacancies. If you're not on the list you're not coming in.crazyshrew wrote:OK I give up, how do you get past the second log in screen??
I tried to fire off a support request via the Help link but that bombed out with an error message.
Well done, Royal Mail. Another winner.

Re: New recruitment site
Hi Guys
I was having issues logging on. Contacted PSP who advised me it's because I have a Royal Mail email address (was unaware of this as have never been informed of it). I had to call the IT Service Desk to reset my password and have now been able to log in.
Hope that helps

It's possible I've also got an RM email address but, like you, I haven't been told what it is or what the password is.

Re: New recruitment site
Yes, I had to call the HR advice line and I think it's option 1, then option 2 that puts you through to PSP. I just told them about the issues I was having about logging on to the recruitment site and that's when I learnt about the emails address.
Then called the IT help desk on 08008099920 to have the password reset (they'll give you a new password over the phone so don't need to access the email itself), and you can then change the password and log in.
There may be a simpler way of doing it with your manager but I'm currently on maternity leave and not in contact with my manager so was advised to do it this way.

Thanks. I'll give HR and/or IT a call.she84uk wrote:Yes, I had to call the HR advice line and I think it's option 1, then option 2 that puts you through to PSP. I just told them about the issues I was having about logging on to the recruitment site and that's when I learnt about the emails address.
