I may just part with My own cash and buy Nike. What should we all be looking at ? Running/jogging trainers or stout hiking boots? They need to be comfortable but hard wearing but what make is both?
New Balance 624v3, seriously these should be the standard of shoe for deliveries. Lightweight, extremely comfortable, available in half sizes and wide widths, good grip, lasts longer than the YDS, and whilst they don't have a goretex lining, they are surprisingly water resistant and dry quickly.

Aww, that's a blow :mad Just started wearing through to the sub sole on my pair of YDS - only had them a couple of months! :thumbdown

Those new balance shoes look good - but they won't have been slip tested like the YDS / Anvils have been, so not OK to wear on delivery?

Fortunately my sair feet are less of an issue now that I've got custom made orthotics from my nhs podiatrist :thumbup
