Post by mike82 »

Hi just wondering havering a Repick at work all the hours have changed wich none match my hours(23) there are some 24.55 hours and some at 22.15 And a lot of 20.00 hour dutys I've been told I can not pick a duty until everybody else has. a more seenior man has took the 24.55 duty who was on 20 hour contract I've been told I will get whatever duty is left and they will make it up to 23 hours is this right I don't even get a pick?

You say you won`t even get a pick but If you are the junior man in your office then you will be last pick. It appears they are honouring your contractual hours so you won`t lose out financially. All looks above board to me mate. Good luck.
