Re: Delivery points
Residential addresses with ancient post boxes that are not fit for purpose through disrepair and no alternative letterbox are becoming an increasing problem. As are DIY post boxes that have never needed a key to get access the mail, yet some foolish OPGs place letters and parcels in these insecure places daily.

There is a delivery point!pod25 wrote:That is not possible. The door that had the letter box is not used for public access and has always been a locked door. The public access is at the rear of the pub.doorstepped wrote:open door, put mail on the ground, close door, walk away. :)
So if for any reason someone who is not familiar with that pub won't know where to take the mail.

Re: Delivery points
The simple answer is you go inside, just as you would do with any other shop/business premises.
If you can't get inside then it goes back to the office and endorsed as inaccessible and you try it again the next day.
