National realignment exercise
Has any other mail centre gone through the realignment exercise yet? if so how was it done?. Here at Cardiff MC vacant duties were offered to staff with seniority across all shifts until the duties were filled, then our so called "union rep" abolished 20+ duties saying they no longer existed(this only happened on the night shift). Can someone plz shed some light on this as we think its well out of order.
