Victimisation! Get your I.R. rep to sort it. Fill out a grievence form and let the dom sweat it out.

Yeah, I thought docket was either names out of a hat, or a high/low system.

Unless you mean docket for your own walk, "excess delivery" in which case, cut off!!

Our office took part in O/IA last weekand were told today that we must complete our deliverys within our duty time as NO protracted Overtime will be paid.Fair enough.Asked our DOM if any extra night S/A would be put on?No,Fair enough, but we CAN work our Rest Days if we like.
I think its gonna take a long time to clear the backlog in our office, and management dont seem to bothered about it
Just hope everyone does the Job Properly :Very Happy
Again gotta say our DOM and line manager are good as gold and decent people.

youre manager shouldnt be aloud to do that,

our manager tried that on the first batch of strikes, the our union rep soon made him put a stop to that, its discrimination.

everybody has the same right as everybody else at work..its the same deal with the car situation,if you refuse to take youre car as part of losing the goodwill gesture, youre manager has no right to take that off you for good..again its discrimination.

There is a National Agreement between R/M & CWU
That anyone taking part in any Legal Industrial Action will not be victimised
upon their return to work
Inform the DOM he is

BREAKING A NATIONAL AGREEMENT!!!

Our dom also tried this tactic during the earlier summer strikes. Sneaking the s***s in on sunday morning ot and totally excluding the rest of the office...It only happened ONCE tho as our union rep was almost crushed in the rush to complain on the monday..Definite red card territory!!!!
