Should be interesting to see what happens.

From the pictures the negotiators involved are quite experienced and I reckon RM needed to start from an extreme position and come inwards. Personally (maybe a little biased) the CWU have been shafted. Lets see if the posties agree in enough numbers.

I reckon you guys are getting the way forward 2
But when we walk posties are tracked with the device they will know where we are or if taking time etc... :mad

Just have to wait and hope for the best. Surely Billy and Dave wouldn't be stupid enough to agree to something they didn't agree on last time. This not knowing is giving me stress headaches
the way forward was fixed,51% to 49% were the votes last time i believe in the way forwards,,and if i remember right it was the union that were almost forcing us to vote for the way forwards....if the deal is shite the somehow it will get voted in...after the stunts royal mail have pulled over these strikes you can bet any money they will fix the votes if it doesnt look like it will go in thier favour..

i didnt know of anybody who voted for the way forward and that still managed to get voted in..and everything that did benefit us in the way forwards royal mail have taking that off us now anyway..
