Dvbuk once again misleading posters again.

For one the CWU at no time agreed colleague shares. two at every opportunity it changed these payments to guarantees such as two £400 payments for Pay and Mod and the £1000 payment for BT 2010.

Now the union got some money into top up the xmas bonus and over time it is better to have certainty over an artificial phantom share money which quite frankly was never going to be paid.

But they did meekly accept that the shares were worthless the day we were to receive a payment, whereas, as pointed out by slinder, those that left just days before received a payment.
The conversion of some of that money into lump sums didn't even come close to offering us the remuneration we were due and of course, pay and mod and BT2010 came with strings attached.
Indeed it could be argued that the savings that accompanied those agreements more than paid for those lump sums, in which case the CWU managed to get us nothing for the shares.

The union can't have its cake and eat it dingo, the two outstanding payments from the colleageshares were written into the BT2010 agreement, obviously as part of the rewards section they were used to sell the agreement, as such the union should have insured those payments were adhered to.

The truth is Dave is far too close to Moya Greene, he stood to her left at conference that very same year when she should never have even been invited

Well as usual dingo you're very short sighted! I didn't actually post anything about phantom shares - go on admit it dingo you're thinking about me all the time aren't you. Send me your email address and I'll send you a photo to hang on your wall.
