Can anyone clarify how we are now actually paid on a Saturday?
ie. hours worked or a minimum of 7 hours guaranteed

Hi, this depends what local agreement you have in your depot, if its on an adhoc basis you get paid for the hours work £11.10. If you have an agreement that you get scheduled attendance, which usually means you commit to do Saturday's in advance, you get a minimum of 6 hours paid at £12.81, as I said it does depend on what has been agreed locally. Yes that helps slightly Kev cheers , although I don't remember anything being agreed at our depot and also not sure who is supposed to agree such matters.
Are you saying that pay structure can differ from depot to depot?

No they are the only 2 rates that can be paid on a Saturday, as I said in previous comment, it all depends what has been arranged locally as to how you staff Saturday duties and what is paid.I would speak to either your depot rep or ops manager to find out what is arranged in your depot.

I'm paid scheduled rate. But you say it's up local agreement if my collegue from other depot gets less for doing same job? Is swearing allowed on this chat?
