Run Postman Run is the latest game from Bob Games, it’s a platformer where you play as a postman whose duty is to deliver letters. It’s not an easy task since the delivery routes can be very intricate and full of dangers, fortunately, the postman office provides you with the latest letter delivery technology.

This technology includes non-lethal weaponry and support equipment specifically built to survive in a city full of ferocious dogs. As you advance through the delivery routes and become a more skilled postman you will be able to use a tranquilizer gun, a grappler gun, teleporters, smoke bombs, and other awesome stuff, including a cat thrower you can use to distract the dogs chasing you.

The game will run in ios and android, and hopefully in PS Vita (we're in talks with Sony for this)

Run Postman Run release is planned for... very soon! We're planning to fix some details and hopefully release the game in about two or three weeks from now.

Will the postman office be going through a revision any time soon?
Will you be able to pick your own EP to make the game simpler/harder?
Will you be given a planner to "help" with these things?
What about World Class Mail? And competition on the streets?
Do you have to D2N? How many D2D contracts each week?
Will there be indoor and outdoor merging?
Will the postman office be in a strong area?
Will you be able to book your holidays? Ever get a Saturday off?

What bout the greatest idea of em all the 33 years in the making dog peg ? 2. The moral boosting daily team talks where the words conduct code comes in every few seconds? 3. Another thing to sign or adhere to daily ,instead of just letting us just get on with our jobs? Any more?

I would fancy a real Monopoly-style board game based on the Postie's job. Where the 4 stations are we could have 'dog hazards' you want to avoid with the dice.

Jail could be 'work time learning' where you're stuck there losing time until you roll a double.
Pass Go would be Friday payday.
Chance would be 'forgot a packet - return to office to retrieve miss a go' and 'You took your lapsing, lose a turn' plus 'PDA battery flat, lose 3 throws while it charges in the van'. 'Late with a special pay £250 fine' etc.

Free parking would be the bay outside Greggs.

Community Chest could be:

'Manager's docket collect £100' or 'Share dividend receive £40' or 'Lapsing takes you over, throw again!' and 'Record Christmas tips receive £250'.

The properties could be based on rough council estates (Brown ones) and large DO's or sorting offices. If you land on 'utilities' you could pay an 'above inflation post-privatization final demand'.

Do you have the ability to bully yourself if you only work to your hours, and can you refuse to pay yourself overtime pay because you are too slow if you extend.

I haven't laughed so much in a long time. Great thread. I'm not a gamer but what an outstanding idea for a game... could even use it as a training aid for new starts ? ? ?
