Oliver Morgan, freelance business and industry reporter profiles Adam Crozier, who has been running the Royal Mail since 2003, with the aim to modernise the last big government-owned company.
Implementing change is his forte. Before the Royal Mail, Crozier was chief executive of the Football Association, where he soon made headlines when he hired the first ever foreigner to become England manager: Sven-Goran Eriksson.
