Oh a DOM following you about. That's great. Maybe then he'll realise I'm not f***ing about and my round really does take 3 1/2 hours to do.
No hoping walls, crossing gardens or leaning over fences to post letters next door.

Great! There's a school on my delivery. I'll be right in there to report to the secretary the shady looking bastard who has been hanging around the area and suggesting she phone the police.

remember also DO NOT read and walk. If possible make sure you take door to door items out that day so you have to go to every delivery point too.

I had a boss follow me round to 'test' my walk some years back.By the time we reached the last street he was just sitting at the bottom of the stairs in the 4 storey tenements because he was too knackered to climb them.

Great - if they come out on mine and I do it by the book - I'll lose a third of it

None of us should need to have a DoM/or other out with us to be doing the job properly! Do it properly every day. Was sent out on a walk this week did it by the `book` even stood still to check next delivery point as well as to check addresses (as per training induction). Result, so called 3.5 hr walk 4.50 hrs.

Bring it on indeed, my walk takes 4-5 hours I had only two years under my belt and nobody wanted my walk!
Will the dom carry my bag up the hill for me, he will be bloody knackered by the end of it!
Yay maybe they will make my walk smaller!
Im on rehab at the moment foot messed up from walking too much plantan ficious or something like that!
When I go back on my walk I will stop using my jeep and have a bike maybe the dom can tow me to my delivery!
Do the job properly, I will have to leave a 1/3 of my walk everyday not coming in early and using a bike!

Ha Ha can't wait for this one..... Our DIM took 4 HOURS to throw out just over HALF the mail on one walk ( yes he left the rest) and then took nearly 6 HOURS!!!!! to deliver it... This was shortly after our office had to endure the Pegasus walk review and up until then he maintained all the walks were now EQUAL!!! He has been VERY QUIET on the subject since.... BRING IT ON
