Temporary Trainee Field Organiser Opportunity - fixed term 12 month contract
Scotland and North/North East England
Salary: £28,982 per annum – CWU Terms and Conditions of Employment Apply


The Postal Department are seeking a Temporary Trainee Field Organiser in Scotland and the North/North East of England. It is expected that the successful candidate will live in Scotland and or the North/North East England.


The position will be for a fixed term of 12 months only. The successful candidate will be a part of the Postal Departments Organising Team and will work under the direction of the Senior Organiser.


The Trainee Field Organiser will work alongside the existing Field Organisers and both training and assistance will be given.


Applications are welcomed from Reps and/or Members with an interest in being involved with the Postal Organising Strategy. Assistance would be provided by the Postal Department to those wishing to take a secondment from Royal Mail. This does not exclude those outside of Royal Mail from applying.
