they used to ask me if i wanted to work my days off,they got sick of me saying NO and they stopped so i then complained that i never got asked anymore THAT realey pizzed them off

Yes,usual shenanigans involved.left it on linos desk with Dom's name for them to pruse on Monday morning.
Turns out my actual start time is 0920

I'll ask them when suits to take my break.
Wonder how that'll work out?

I've found unless you actually hand it to them in person they say they have never received it. Also in our DO grievances are routinely ignored. Never known a place of work to treat grievances in such a cavalier manner.
