Don't worry if it's as good as the flats machines it won't do much !!
If we get more than 20% of our flats done by the mail centre it's a good night and some nights it's as bad as 10% :arrrghhh
and then of course there's the manual letters hidden in the flats :no no

MCs that have got the FSMs put manual letters through them to get more use from them (with the amount of flats now I wouldn't be surprised to see RM get rid of some FSMs)

Wasn't refering to letters being sorted by flat machines but letters being hidden in the trays of flats for manual sorting. Keeps the letters off the manual letters total and enables the magic x% of letters sorted by machine to be claimed :whistle

But if they were sent to manual (ie not sorted by the machines) then they wouldn't add to the mech letters totals, and would therefore have no bearing on the mech percentage, claimed or otherwise.
