Royal Mail needs to sort its s**t out!!!!

Not this again!? I recall a thread on here about the same thing. Royal Mail need to get their finger out and stamp this out! (pardon the bad pun)

I also see ppl re using stamps on letters that haven't be franked, If I see letter that hasn't been stamped I tend to put a line through it anyone else come across this ?

my local D/O in Ayrshire is majorly short staffed it normally has a staff of around 23/24 because it is a small town D/O they haven't replaced the last 2 full timers with any new staff including my position, staff are expected to lapse every day with 2 delivery's not covered every day, the manager has been transferred to another bigger office for 6 months with the office having to make do with a different manager every day or no manager at all with the phg expected to run the office without receiving extra payment, i'm sure other offices will be in similar positions or worse, Royal Mail have a duty to the customer to provide a first class service, this is not happening due to the fault of the Post Men but at the feet of the penny pinching Royal Mail they are quick to take the customers money but not so keen to put money back in to fulfil their obligations ... and this is only the start of things to go down hill for my former colleagues ... rant over

no one likes to strike but sometimes you need to stand up for your rights and the rights of your fellow colleagues .. i will always be 100% behind my former colleagues
