AWR pay rate?

Hi All,
Does anyone know what the pay rate increases to when I get past the 12 wk point and onto AWR rate?
cheers, l'm working at an MC in the south of England.

I was just wondering if anyone could give a rough estimate on what the pay rate is after your 12 week pay rise, I'm doing 2 12 hour shifts this weekend and would like to know how much i'll receive ?

Probably varies, but at ours it starts at about £10.30 an hour for daytime for finishing before 8, £10.90 for finishing between 8 and 10, £11.30 for finishing at 10, £12.30 for nights and nearly £16 for Sundays which decreases to about £13.25 if you work more than 35 hours 40 mins in that week. If you email Angard and ask, they will usually supply you with the exact rates.
