Re: 12 week AWR
You wouldn't be qualified for AWR after 12 consecutive weeks unless you actually worked every week. You need to do 12 weeks where you have actually worked and a time sheet has been generated. One hour is enough for a qualifiying week. If there is a break of more than six weeks in the qualifying period then you are back to week one again.

If it had to be consecutive I doubt anybody would be AWR qualified. Why would you turn down shifts if you are trying to get AWR qualified?so it doesn't need to be consecutive?

Re: 12 week AWR
I wasn't expecting anything beyond Xmas tbh, so I didn't really care about any of this stuff - or reading up on it.
And then for some reason I got thinking about the 12 weeks thing, and that if it had to be consecutive, I would be back to week 1 if I accepted those shifts.
I'll take shifts if they're offered but I guess I'll see what happens.
