WORCESTER-based PCS Advantage Ltd has become one of the first UK companies to use Royal Mail's £70 million Mailmark service, designed for businesses with a high volume of machine readable mail.
To coincide with the first mailing, the direct mail and marketing communication specialist of Blackpole Road, is launching its own “mail-tracker with onlinereply”. This will give companies a real chance to pull all their sales, marketing and customer communications together.
PCS has a record as an innovator in the delivery of both traditional and online marketing services. Unlike other businesses in the marketing production sector, which focus on traditional marketing and direct mail packs, PCS has developed new and ground breaking data and marketing communications. The company has just completed one of the largest incentive mailings for a major UK charity involving pens, bookmarks, cards and drink coasters, all enclosed mechanically saving the charity hundreds of thousands of pounds.
PCS Advantage development director Andrew Hunt said: "We genuinely believe this is the only way forward, by bringing the sales, marketing and technologies together making Omni channel marketing a reality not just a pipe dream. It is a genuine win-win situation. Our vision is to make it easier than ever for companies to develop, engage and communicate with their customers and have real time information just when they want it, mail-tracker with onlinereply will help turn these ideas into reality.”
