In The Mirror - Payrise (so they reckon)

Post by de-coded »

If this comes out correct then MDEC workers would get the following,

£175 Lump Sum works out at an equivlant of 2.1% Pay Rise for the backdated element, then if 5.4% if then applied a monthly increase of £63.72 a month, taking the annual salary to £14916.

Then after next years increase of a meagre 1.5% annual wages would be £15139, as long as this deal does not remove MTSF agreement, especially for my fellow employees on weekend shift who's future is yet to be known.

On your journey around the mdec make sure the staff who are not cwu members or did not take i/a ( which i accept is their choice ) the only reason that they have a rise at all is down to colleagues in other parts of the business willing to lose money for the greater good. :Applause :Applause :Applause
