Re: 100 pound Bonus
Re the + £100 Colleague share fiasco, is this £100 paid to those who have retired/left the business but were employed throughout the colleague share scheme?

To qualify you have to be employed by RM over the Christmas period.

Re: 100 pound Bonus
That,s fair enough, I left RM on IRH last April after 21 years service and I don,t recall the Xmas bonus ever changing, you deserve at least a weeks pay as a bonus for all the hard work you do, just thought that as colleague share seems to be linked to the bonus it may have a knock on effect for us retirees

Don't see why any managers should be paid a bonus as they don't contribute anything other than bullshit.tansorboy wrote:I am going to hand mine back. We earn too much anyway..

Why's it spelt Whistl and not Whistle? Are they trying to say TNT post stops short of the mark?elmo wrote:

It's called Whistl because that's how you know the manager needs you to come in on a zero-hour contract.elmo wrote:Talking of Whistl, does anybody know why TNT has changed their name to Whistl? Re: 100 pound Bonus
why is it that everyone worries over other companys taking over our contracts and delivering our mail and parcels
not one of these so called firms could afford to buy royal mail out or staffs contracts all these firms just change there names and buy each other out every other year.
royal mail should be buying out these part-time companys as none of them can cope on the scale of what royal-mail delivers
if we had a stronger royal mail management and a union headquaters that is scared of competition and just agree in cuts and started to attack the other competition in taking there work away from them we may have a chance in the future, instead of telling the staff d.h.l t.n.t ,yodel, and any other pratt with his car full up of parcels are taking our work away.
we need a clear out of the top management in royal-mail and get some one in who does not bottle it and just gives away contracts to there friends in d.h.l .management needs to invest in this company to make it stronger not just sit there at meetings with the union saying how the work has dropped and that we are losing business and both nodding there heads.
moya has finished her term and is waiting for her pay-off/and a few other of her mates need to go.
billy must go after the agreements in the last 10 years that have crucified delivery offices across the country.
a clear out is needed to stop the rot.
royal-mail needs to undercut these other firms and start winning contracts back invest in bringing these tin-pot firms
out of business instead of letting our own business decline.

However by "undercutting these other firms", albeit to win contracts back you're also then on the slippery slope that's in a "race to the bottom".
And we know where, and what, that leads to already.
