hi i have an eve commitment one night can i loose a shift or swap it to make up hours i,ve not started yet am only christmas casual which starts 8th dec and its 9th i want off any help Illl be glad thanks

Depends on the manager.
They do say in the job spec that you have to be available for the duration of your contract, but it's up to the line/shift manager how strictly that's enforced.
