Our terms and conditions are already being eroded. We are now required to deliver all sizes of packets rather than a dedicated parcel delivery van. This has increased our workload and put extra stress on our bodies whilst at the same time the value of our basic salary has been devalued as pay has not kept pace with inflation over the last ten years. We have also seen decline in overall salary due to the scrapping of D2D payments replaced by an on average lower delivery supplement.

Cannot agree more with you but don't forget the added collections and other s**t that will come along but the business don't care they think we are overpaid for the job we do well time will tell.
