i always look at the file of how to prep d2d before i do mine :thumbup
I wish I could look at the file from Watchdog that states the biggest bugbear/ complaints from the public is the amount of D2D-Junk-mail we deliver.
Wait till next week more shite going through the box.

This is the scenario in our unit. We are to prep our D2ds first 20% of the walk per day cold calling them. So my situation then on Friday last was cold calling in a deep rural in the dark and lashing rain! A health and safety disaster! Also not everyone is doing this some are but most are just doing their own thing ie wiping them most of them out on a heavy day or doing the 20% per day but not cold calling. Any thoughts on this is it in line with the national agreement?

Yes it is.

The National agreement allows walk holders (whatever that is these days) to manage the D2Ds as long as all D2Ds are delivered and there is an audit trail so that managers/colleagues know which d2Ds have been done.

Whilst the planned workload will be spread across the 6 days,
delivery employees will have the ability to manage the delivery of the items themselves on
the proviso that all items are delivered within the week and the delivery specification is not
affected.
