TRACKED ITEMS-Dont Fetch them Back To Office!

I have an opt out sticker on my door so you guys would be leaving me a P739 everyday, how do the managers deal with that one? I don't want my items left with whoever the postie chooses and if I send an item I mark it in large letters not to leave with neighbours.

been told if you fetch tracked items back to the office it is now classed as a FAILURE
when you have completed your duty you are supposed to RE-ATTEMPT the item ( so either way ,they want you to work in your own time,either by re-attempting or filling in the "failure" form when you get back!

You would have to be silly to do them in your own time. Its simple when your shift has finished you get payed overtime to finish them or you go home. ☺

If there is an opt-out sticker the postie should take the item back to the office. The DOM will probably pop round later and peel the sticker off though!

Managers told they need to hit 95% first time hit rate with tracked. Neither the Union or the business seem to realise this is impossible with our current delivery specification. Total cock up by all parties.

Hello we.had a WTL today, we were told, regarding Tracked Items : if N/A, then try 3 neighbours,failing that, leave the item in a SAFE place ,but dont fetch them back! if you 739 them then you have got to fill a "REASON" form in on return to office. ( Its due to RM profits are down.)?
Not so long a go we were told,even if the item said "SAFEPLACE" you would be better 739 them! (it sounds like a U Turn to me?).
Also we were told Amazon delivery drivers work 12 Hour Shifts,7 days a week, for £5 an hour and they don't have a break?--So think yourself lucky!

739 them end of story not enough time built into my duty to do this complete nutjobs

I Think the next step will be for all the mangers to be issued with taser guns,so if anyone does fetch a traced item back then they will be tasered as a punishment!! or maybe sent to a naughty corner as they do in primary school and write 100 lines.....I Must not fetch back any traced items!!
