Hello!

On October 19th I sent a trackable international letter to UK (England). Starting from Ocotber 30th my local tracking service has been showing that my letter is being processed at GBLALA. When I try to track my letter via Royal Mail it says:
Status: Please come back later
Information on your Royal Mail Signed For™ item is not yet available
I find it quite disturbing, that Royal Mail knows nothing about my letter (two weeks have passed since its arrival to GBLALA!).

Is my situation normal? Can you give me a tip?

It may be stuck in customs delays of upto 4 or 5 weeks or the country you are sending froms mail provider may not have an agreement with Royal mail to provide tracking information
