Go to the police. Getting his duty changed is hardly dealing with the issue.

Very unlikely for it to be changed at a customers request as already advised if he is threatening you that is a matter for the police or call the delivery office and make a formal complaint

Re: problems with royal mail staff
the whole story she used to live in the same building as me when i moved in and after she had ago at me for smoking outside her window (i was in the carpark not outside her window) she come to my flat and invited me other as her son was asleep took me to her sons room were she went next to the windows watching people as they were apparently calling her a bitch when all they were doing was going home after being in the pub and the first indication that she suffered from psychosis for a while that was the only problem and she was bringing me around town with her then she started going on about her ex husband taking her son away if he found out about me because im autistic and saying i was useless that i was going to go into a mental hospital because i was autistic and saying that no one in town liked me and she was my only friend then some guy turned up and was taking her and her son places and of course she dragged me around as well but after a while she stopped having me other and started threatening to kill me a couple of times if social services took her kid away because it was my fault for being autistic not that she was failing to bring him to school repeatedly due to mental health problems then social services did a report that mentioned this guys criminal record and physical abuse problems with his ex wife and kids end result he gets rape accusations again him i might of believed it if she hadn't made rape accusations against 3 other people 1 she changed the story from her boyfriend and his mate holding her down on the kitchen table and she fighting them off and escaping when i first started going to her flat to raping her in the front room and his mother interrupting them before she left this building then she started going on about her mother who was apparently siding with social services to take her kid away because of me being autistic again then she started accusing some woman with 2 kids down the road of sleeping with a guy she was obsessed with and they shouting abuse outside her flat and calling taxi's late in the evening and she ran off didn't hear anything from her for a while then i got a phone call from her and meet her in rhayader she was going on about moving to canada went home and she phoned me again but i ignored her didn't hear anything form her for a while until she turn up again in town and was talking to me saying that she was back in town and she had another kid and seemed friendly enough until i bumped into her a second time with one of her mates tried talking to her and she went off on one saying social services told me to stay away from her (they didn't and is this there job??) and that they would take her children away if i was seen with her and repeatedly had ago at me when i went into town until i bumped into her going to the garage were she said she was sorry and she was only doing this as she was with her kid?? and we were apparently friends and me being an idiot believed her so i write her a letter saying tnx for being my friend as i don't like having arguments with her and she sent her boyfriend around i ignored him and that's the last i heard anything from her until last week but im not sure if it is really her as it was after 3.30 and school closes at 3.30 so i would of though she would be looking after her kids.

Yes but you need a reasonable and good cause, some evidence and by going through proper channels. Going by your your posts you have neither, only suspicions,.gabranth wrote:i was only asking if its possible to change a staff members rounds

Re: problems with royal mail staff
To be honest this is really a personal matter and not relating to her job so it isn't really fair to involve her employer unless she is harassing you during working hours.gabranth wrote:i was only asking if its possible to change a staff members rounds
If you truly believe you are in danger you have to involve the police but I think their advice would be to have as little contact with this person as possible which shouldn't really be a problem even if she continues to be your postie.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
