Hi all,
We got home today to find a P739 through the door. The address on the card is ours, but the name the postie has written isn't anyone who lives here, nor who has lived here in the last several years. It's a package from Poland, and the name seems Polish, so we asked everyone Polish in the street, but it's not any of them. I Googled the name and there is someone in our town with the name (it's not a common name) but I can't find any address details or anything.
We're not sure what to do. Should we just leave the parcel at the Callers Office, not collect it, and eventually have it returned to sender? Should we explain the situation at the callers office and see what they advise? Should we get it redelivered and then try harder to track down the owner ourselves?
Any advice appreciated!

Don't go overboard on trying to sort it out the 2 easiest options are.
1. Write on top of the card - Unknown at this address and pop it back into a postbox without stamps.
2. Take the card into the callers office with the same message and leave it with them.
The item will then be returned back to the sender, or the originating country
