Can anyone give me an idea of how it's likely to work over the Christmas period?
Will it just be a phone call each morning asking if I can work in 2 hours time? Or will they be able to offer more blocks of work/prepare in advance a bit more?

"Casual Flexible Resource", no set times have been given.
It doesn't fill me with confidence - if they have people actually hired as Xmas casuals I'm sure they're bound to get more shifts than me.
