I cant imagine the CWU rolling over because of what happened with the court. That makes them look far worse and would be like cutting their own throat.

Just heard on BBC Radio 4 that "Announcement on agreement expected shortly and CWU to put to EC on Monday"

Agree with EasyTiger - so f***ing proud that we've stuck together over this.

Depisite intense provocation at all levels i.e. RM Management, Gordon Brown (that bastard and his party will never get my vote again) our behaviour has been exemplary.

Our Exec Council had also better have the balls to see this thro to it's conclusion.

News has just stated there may be an agreement.

In truth if it is being announced on TV it's a bummer.

RM get an injunction against the strikes and two houors later there's a deal.

Maybe the union thought every time they call a strike RM get an injunction
