Parcel not delivered

I sent a parcel first class recorded on October 24 ,it still hasn't been delivered .is this normal

It's unusual but not massively unusual: Recorded is a non-guaranteed service, I.e. there is no maximum delivery time.

It would help a lot if you could check the parcel's status using Track & Trace then post the results onto this page.

Item BZ300597683GB was posted at Worthington Stre WN2 3AR on 24/10/14 and is being progressed through our network for delivery.

that is all it has said for a week now

That isn't good. You could try calling Royal Mail customer services on 03457 740 740 but it is quite difficult for them to do much with an untracked service such as Signed For.
