My other half is union rep in our office & he's just had a text from our area rep....a deal has been done!!!
Don't know what. Not even sure if any of us will like it.
We'll see!!!!

The sticking points were later starts and flexibilty.

I find it hard to believe that suddenly RM have backed down over them.
Plus their injuction today shows they again have the ace card in the pack - w*****s.

I HAVE THE TERRIBLE FEELING THAT WE HAVE BEEN SET UP BY BILLY AND THE P.E.C. . MABE BILLY HAS BEEN TOLD THAT IF HE DOSNT BACK OFF HIS NEXT POST IN THE LABOUR PARTY WILL BE DOWN THE PAN

i hope Royal Mail didnt play tough and we rolled over

But remember whatever the outcome we have all got one thing they cant take away-

not soo much of a disagreement as i agree
if it is acrock of shite its got to be thrown out
