An orifice next to ours do van sharing in Bippa's. I mean, WTF! Two walks, over size packets, two golf trolleys and two pieces of abortion! Madness. The crazy thing is, they could ask for drop bags, which defeats the whole object.

Why do people get upset about lapsing??? If you follow correct procedure just cut off if you over run or take the overtime it's not that difficult!! You are paid for whatever hours you work you can't do any more once you have worked them then it either cut off or do overtime

Until the regulators fine RM so much for not delivering mail, that RM discover its atually cheaper to employ enough people to do what we are supposed to do, DELIVER MAIL. We are F**ked.

It is absolutely disgusting to see so much mail not delivered each day. I don't blame my DOM, he can only manage the resources he is allowed to have. God help us & our customers at Christmas.
