Mixed shifts - one rate

When did Angard stop breaking down the different pay rates for different shifts? Last two payslips have shown one rate despite working a day shift, 6-10 shift and a 12-6 shift in the same week. Anyone else had experience of this? Bizarre but another way of converting the agency pennies into pounds by stealth. It's despicable practice and have lost the will to live with the whole Angard experience thus far. So wish I could just walk away from this tin pot company but don't have the luxury. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has noticed the one rate fits all in the last couple of weeks.

Are the pay rates differently to the actual royal mail pay rates? Because if not, if they're the same, those times you list are all under one pay rate anyway.

Have been paid different rates for the night shift 12-6, night premium extra 30p an hour and previous payslips had the different rate breakdown dependent on the variation in the shifts worked but it appears no longer.

Angard have the annoying method of adding all the different shift totals at different rates together and then dividing by the number of hours worked to get the pay rate you are seeing. The only way to check if it is correct is to ask payroll for the shift rates they are using if you are now AWR qualified so you can work out the totals for different shifts. The pay rates vary so the only way to find out what your on is ask payroll or somebody you work with.
