Hi,
Some time ago, I ordered a jacket online from a Korean website (which had a large number of positive reviews from Western customers). According to the tracking number, the package was shipped on the 11th of September and arrived at a place called GBLALA on the 16th (googling has told me that this is the main international sorting centre at Heathrow). My problem is, it's been a month and my order has not been released, nor have I received any form informing me of a customs payment been required. I was wondering what the next step to take would be? Doing some research into this GBLALA place, it seems that a lot of people have had packaged held there, but most seem to be released after around 2 weeks.
Thanks for your help

Re: Package stuck at customs for a month
It's in customs you may have a delay of around 4 or 5 weeks unfortunately, also you will probably have to pay import duties on the item, so instead of the jacket being delivered watch our for a a5 grey card being delivered with instruction how to pay the amount duestudent1 wrote:Hi,
