How the ufck does anyone enforce an injunction against over 100,000 people?

Official or unofficial, we still don't get paid.

The Union has ufcked up somewhere.

RM wants rid of the Union.

There is still nothing to stop 100,000 walking out and telling RM to stuff thier injunction of their collective ars*holes.

To be honest, royal Mail can f**k themselves rigid. Crozier and leighton and other "top brass" can go and enjoy their circle-jerk. Billy hayes and dave ward can join the c*nts too.

That`s what I was wondering. Didn`t they omit some places from a list in the previous rolling action?

Yes, great idea, move on from this, leave the Wednesday and Thursday strikes in place, and straight into 48hr Monday & Tuesday for Sorting & Delivery, then have Wednesday & Thursday set up the same as this week....ergo, we pick ourselves up this week & come back & hammer them next week, and everybody losses no more than 2 days pay!

Yet again a clear indication of the power of rolling action so effective and sustainable and much more costly for RM
Dot the I's cross the T,s wait aweek if we have to then double up rolling action for that week and back to normal four day week until we win.

Hope no one's in any doubt how our country works now , money, media, leaders and law all against workers interests know your place and don't you dare voice objections.

When this goes on we will get battered by the state police at some point and next if they've any to spare by squadies in disguise. Discipline will be paramount

Further strikes planned by postal workers for Monday and Tuesday have been outlawed by a High Court judge.

The Royal Mail was granted an injunction banning the Communication Workers' Union (CWU) from going ahead with national walkouts at the start of next week.

Mr Justice King upheld an argument by the Royal Mail's lawyers that the union had failed adequately to comply with legal requirements to state accurately the number of employees likely to be affected by the action.

The CWU had announced a series of rolling strikes from Monday, starting with mail staff, which would cripple post deliveries across the UK.

The move came as both sides in the increasingly bitter dispute continued to hold talks in a bid to resolve the row over pay, jobs and pensions.

I am all for official IA and have indeed been out on all eight days and stood on the picket line and will abide by any more official days of official IA,but i am not going out on unofficial IA...........I may loose friends at my office and may get a slating on here,but thats the way it is.

Somebody somewhere fkd up. I'm angry, but, we've all done it in some way....
What i want to see now is an immediate response from the union. Get the correct notice in for further strikes.

The backlog is huge so not striking next week will not clear the backlog. If your office is in then DO THE JOB PROPERLY.

Guys,we've had a number of unofficial days in our office since last December. Now we have one sacked and 12(TWELVE) suspended. Do your proper hours, do the job as is should be done(bag weights,official drop offs,use vans etc) and waite for an official date. I'm sure we have a better chance of winning this way.
If Blair had kept his manifesto promise to repeel Thatchers anti trade union laws we wouldn't be in this situation.

NEWS FLASH; Judge orders dress code for all pickets,
in order to reduce possible levels of intimidation at picket lines all participants must comply with a mandatory dress code ie Bermuda shorts and flip flops in pastel shades only.
Failure of any individual to comply will result in the immediate sequestration of all union funds.
