Out now and quite frankly if RM sue the CWU then so be it. We can always start a new union that at least can fill in a form properly

This latest move by Royal Mail will further marginalise them from their workforce.

With feelings running high this could be the tipping point for members of the union...i dont see how RM can stop 130,000 people from staying away on monday/tuesday.

Its uncharted territory from here...

that said...our processing dont work mondays and tuesday will hardly make a dent in the backlog...the union needs to announce another back to back 48hr walkout for the following week and beyond in response to this diabolical move by the evil twins.

It has nothing to do with 7 day notice being given. It is because the union didn't list members who would be striking (a legal requirement)

Only just noticed this. What exactly does that mean?

not just yet,the deal needs to be presented to the PEC and discussed,then most important of all,we need to vote as to weather we accept it.I dare say a clause will postpone next weeks and any other IA,with the right to re-call IA should the deal not be acceptable.

If local concerns are addressed properly and fairly yes. But no chance with Jenson in charge. If you stay out where can others send donations as a way of showing solidarity.
