There are hundreds of battles in any war, some you win...some you lose. This little battle may be theirs, but stick together and stay strong....and our day will come very soon

Re: NO to Unofficial action

deadbox wrote:Unofficial Action is just what those two tw*ts want

Then they can starve people back under NEW FLEXI contracts

They could sue the CWU ( I dont wan't RM getting ANY of my subs ! )

THEY ARE NOW DESPERATE AS THEY THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD ALL GIVE UP AFTER A FEW STRIKE DAYS

THAT IS WHY THEY ARE TRYING EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK ( eg. 4 days pay all at once / Sc*bs can say whatever they want / reps harrased / no household money / no O/T money ect. )

DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP, PLAY IT CANNY , JUST CALL A MONTHS WORTH OF STRIKE ACTION

Legal Question ?

Post by deadbox »

As I understand it , the mistake the CWU made was in not detailing ALL the indevidual units that were to be striking

Does that mean that ALL of the CORECTLY LISTED units COULD STILL STRIKE ? ( leaving the incorectly units working as normal )

After all SOME OFFICIAL action is better than NONE at all

It sounds like some sort of mistake with the notice?

That`s what I was wondering. Didn`t they omit some places from a list in the previous rolling action?
We all knew what way the judge would go didn`t we. As has been said, a battle lost but not a war.

im not sure if your right my friend it said monday and tuesday was not on now, but thats was the sorters and delivery men strike days the biggest part where we could hit royal mail. i hope some one from the union lets us know what is next. they take 4 days off in 1 week then do this. it shows how despicable and desperate they really are and that we are winning this battle for a fair deal. keep the faith and believe

A legal technicality. Doesn't change the main issues at stake one jot. Crozier can have a wank in the mirror tonight but the battle goes on. Stay together & stay disciplined.

It's a mistake with the Monday and Tuesday strikes were announced and we all make mistakes. The way I see it is Royal Mail are worried that the backlog they have is not going away as quick as they thought it would and next week would bring even more chaos therefore by clutching at straws and trying all the avenues they could they have gone to the High court. All this has done is delayed further strike action not stopped it, it also means the next announcements by the union will be water tight and Royal Mail will have no one to turn to to help them out of the hole they are digging for themselves. They are losing and panicking they thought they could break us and they were sadly mistaken I know at my office we are stronger than ever. Keep the faith :Very Happy

Usually I think it is better not to take unofficial action, but on monday i think we should all send a message to Leighton, Crozier, Brown and the wiggy c"*t who outlawed the strike, that they can go f^*k themselves and strike anyway.
