Hi all, need some answers please, we did our shared van revision in February of this year, we are all settled now but now there seems to be a repick going ahead in the near future I've been with Royal Mail just over 12 years and on my current duty for 8 years. Does there need to be a repick??? Only 1 person wants a repick

There are criteria for when a repick should be scheduled and 1 person wanting one isn't one of them - it is possible that there is a review of the original revision which is going to require duty changes.
